ISRAEL MAKES MASSIVE DISCOVERY OF OIL. The second big story I have noted on Twitter but not yet on this blog. Israel this past week announced the discovery of a massive oil patch in the Golan Heights, along the border of Syria, that could make the Jewish state energy independent for decades to come. I have previously reported Israel’s discovery of massive amounts of natural gas off the Mediterranean coast. But while there has been speculation about the presence of oil in Israel, a major discovery has never been confirmed until now.

Tuesday (Oct 13) is a new moon.  It is a day that we should keep a prophetic eye on... as well as Wed the 14th.

Is the Feast of Trumpets past

Friends, I am not a date setter. I am a season setter. I believe we are very close to the end of all things. I predicted that many of God’s people would be discouraged, and many even angry, if the Lord did not come on the Feast of Trumpets this past Sept 14th-15th. Sadly, I was right… many are discouraged and many are angry. Some are lashing out at those who have warned of the soon return of the Lord. This is unfortunate, but I predicted this as well.

With that being said, let me see if I can help you with your thinking. I am hoping that you have read my book GOD’S FINAL JUBILEE, for if you have not, you may not grasp some of what I am going to share with you. The following is some deep stuff and is not understood by many prophecy experts.

Though I believe Christ could return for us at any moment, I personally believe that the rapture is the fruit harvest of souls that is a fall event. I also believe He will come on a new moon in the fall because Feast of Trumpets is on a new moon in the fall. Christ fulfilled the first four of the seven feasts right to the day and I believe He will fulfill the final three to the day also. However, I do not think He will come on the Feast of Trumpets on the Jewish calendar. Now, a person cannot be dogmatic about these things. These are my assumptions from my years of study, but one cannot be 100% sure.

In my “God’s Final Jubilee” book, there is a chapter called 2520 that every student of prophecy needs to read. In that chapter, I prove that Daniel’s 70th week, the Tribulation, is made up of two equal halves of 1260 days each. The entire Tribulation is 2,520 days.

Now, I believe Christ comes back (At the end of the Tribulation) on the Feast of Day of Atonement (Yom Kippur) on the white horse in Revelation 19:11 on the 2,520th day. I believe it will be the 70th Jubilee and He will have the Title deed to the planet in His hand.

I went to my computer and found the Day of Atonement on the calendar for 7-8 years in a row and did the math. What I found was shocking. I found that it is EXACTLY 2,520 days from any Day of Atonement you choose, counting backwards to a new moon in the fall and always either October or November. I don’t mean sometimes, I mean every time!

The Feast of Trumpets is always on the new moon in the fall, but it never lines up with the 2520 here. Is this interesting? The 2,520 days (70th week) begins, according to Daniel chapter nine, with the signing of the covenant with the Antichrist, not with the rapture. The rapture could be on this same day, or it could be a month or two before. Incidentally, Veterans Day, November 11th this year is exactly 2,520 days to Yom Kippur in the future, app 7 years later. Nov 11th is the exact day that WWI ended in 1918.

Did you know that Prime Minister Netanyahu meets with Obama on November 9th … just 2 days prior? Could there be a signing of a covenant on Nov 11th? It is the perfect day for it, but is the timing right? I think another piece of the puzzle is the barley harvest. Let me explain.

In Israel, there are 3 separate harvest and they all revolve around the Seven Feasts.
1. Barley Harvest….During Passover/Firstfruits time. (Passover on 14th Nisan Firstfruits on 17 Nisan) 2. Wheat Harvest….During Pentecost… 50 days after Firstfruits. 3. Fruit Harvest……During last three fall feasts in month of Tishri. (Sept/Oct )

Remember, there are also 3 calendars you have to understand.
1. Gregorian calendar…. The 365 1/4th day one that we use, which came from Pope Gregory based on the sun.
2. Prophetic calendar… Perfect 360 day system that God uses. (All explained in Jubilee book)
3. Jewish calendar… Jews use this lunar 354 day calendar. It is based on the moon. Each new month starts with the new moon in the sky. Every 3 years or so, they are a month off as you can see. (11 days short each year) Today, they add a 13th month called Adar II about every 3 years to keep the seasons right. However, in Bible days, it was done differently. It is this that I want to get you to understand, as it is a key to this whole thing.

IN BIBLE DAYS: At the Feast of Firstfruits, when they should be harvesting the Barley, if the High Priest looked upon the fields and saw that the Barley was not ripe, he knew that the calendar had to be adjusted in order to keep the seasons right. He would announce that the fall feast of trumpets would be backed up to reset things. It had the same result as the Adar II that is added in our day, but it was controlled by the High Priest as a result of the condition of the barley.

So you see, the Feast of Trumpets can be backed up a month, and the Bible still be true. Would that help account for the fact that “know man knows the day or hour”?

One final piece of the puzzle: The barley… what is it a type of? I believe it is a type of Israel, not the church. You see, we have been taught all our life that the rapture would happen after the last soul gets saved, or after the church meets the conditions of the Scriptures and becomes the dead, lifeless, apostate Laodicean church. Though these things are in fact going to be realized, it is not what the barley represents.

In the book of Judges, we read the story of Gideon and the Midianites. One of the Midianites had a dream that a cake of barley rolled into his tent. When he shared the dream with another, it was understood that the barley represented Gideon and Israel coming to destroy them. God is not looking at the church to decide when the trumpet blows, he is looking at the nation of Israel! It is not about us, never has been! It is about Israel! We are a 2000 year parenthesis stuck in between the 69th and 70th week of Daniel. We are the church age. The church will be taken out when the barley is ready! Israel has to be in their land, and ready for the events that will come upon them when we are taken out.

WHAT AM I SAYING: I am saying that Sept 14th may not be the Feast of Trumpets on God’s Prophetic Calendar! God may have looked upon the barley and backed up the feast until next month on the new moon. Again, I am not date setting. I do not know when the rapture will take place, nor does anyone else. I am simply saying, there is clear precident here that the feast of trumpets can be moved forward without breaking the Scriptures. So do not lose hope! Keep looking for the Lord. He may yet return this fall. If not, well we have more time to reach people with the gospel.
